Dubai: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has signed nine cooperation agreements with major property developers and free zones to streamline infrastructure approvals and improve road safety.The agreements, signed with entities including Emaar, DAMAC, Majid Al Futtaim, and Dubai Healthcare City, aim to create a unified platform for managing right-of-way activities and ensuring compliance with high regulatory standards.Bader Al Siri, Executive Director of Right-of-Way at RTA, highlighted the initiative as part of a broader strategy to enhance Dubai’s road network efficiency and safety. The move aligns with Law No. (4) of 2021, reinforcing collaboration between RTA and key stakeholders to sustain world-class infrastructure across the emirate.
