Dubai, :The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has recorded a 20% rise in compliance among licensing service providers in 2024, following intensified inspection and audit operations. Over the year, RTA conducted approximately 579,000 inspections, marking a 20% increase from 2023, while recorded violations dropped by 3%.Ahmed Mahboob, CEO of RTA’s Licensing Agency, attributed the improvement to advanced data analysis, enhanced violation detection tools, and closer collaboration with relevant authorities. RTA also expanded awareness campaigns, conducting 30 initiatives in partnership with nine entities across Dubai.“These efforts have strengthened compliance and streamlined regulatory processes,” Mahboob stated, adding that RTA continues to implement development initiatives to further enhance operational efficiency and uphold quality standards.
