Duba: Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the Road Safety Film Festival, a competition inviting university and postgraduate students to create short films highlighting key traffic risks.Open to students aged 18 to 35, the competition focuses on three categories: sudden lane departures, driving distractions, and unsafe behaviors of bicycle and e-scooter riders. Winners will receive certificates and cash prizes.Submissions open on April 7 and close on July 14, 2025, via rta.ae/roadsafetyfilmfestival.
