Dubai, : Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the adjusted service hours for all its transport and customer services during the Eid Al Fitr holiday, which will run from Saturday, March 29, to Tuesday, April 2. Regular operations will resume on Wednesday, April 3.
Public Transport & Metro Timings
Dubai Metro’s Red and Green Line stations will operate from 5:00 AM to 1:00 AM the following day on most days, while on Sunday, March 30, the service will start at 8:00 AM. Dubai Tram will run from 6:00 AM to 1:00 AM daily, except on Sunday, when operations will start at 9:00 AM.
Buses & Marine Transport
For the latest timings of Dubai Bus, Hatta Bus, and marine transport—including the Water Taxi, Dubai Ferry, traditional Abra, and electric heritage Abra—passengers are advised to check the S’hail app or visit the RTA website.
Bus Route E100 from Al Ghubaiba Bus Station and Route E102 will be suspended from 28 Ramadan to 3 Shawwal. During this period, passengers traveling to Abu Dhabi are advised to use Route E101 from Ibn Battuta Bus Station.
Parking & Customer Service
All public parking zones will be free during 1 to 3 Shawwal, except for multi-level parking terminals, with paid parking resuming on 4 Shawwal.Customer Happiness Centres and vehicle testing centres will be closed from 1 to 3 Shawwal, except for Smart Customer Happiness Centres in Umm Ramool, Deira, Al Barsha, Al Kifaf, and RTA Headquarters, which will operate 24/7.
