RTA and Dubai Police Launch Second Edition of ‘Delivery Service Excellence Award’

Dubai, 18th February 2025 – Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) and Dubai Police have launched the second edition of the Delivery Service Excellence Award, aimed at enhancing service quality and road safety in the delivery sector. Registration runs from 19th February to 31st May 2025.The award includes three categories—Companies, Drivers, and Partners—honouring top-performing businesses, strategic partners, and 200 outstanding delivery drivers.Ahmed Mahboub, CEO of RTA’s Licensing Agency, highlighted the award’s role in motivating excellence and aligning with Dubai’s Safety Strategy. Major General Saif Muhair Al Mazrouei, Director of Dubai Police’s Traffic Department, emphasised the initiative’s impact on road safety and responsible driving.With a focus on compliance, technology adoption, and driver training, the award encourages industry-wide improvements, reinforcing Dubai’s reputation as a global leader in safety and service excellence.
