Lulu Group Donates AED 1 Million to Dubai Cares as Part of 10-Year Commitment

Dubai: Lulu Group, the region’s leading retailer, has reaffirmed its commitment to global humanitarian initiatives by extending its partnership with Dubai Cares, a UAE-based global philanthropic organization. During a meeting held at Dubai Cares’ office in Dubai, Yusuffali M.A., Chairman of Lulu Group, handed over an AED 1 million donation to His Excellency Dr. Tariq Al Gurg, Chief Executive Officer and Vice-Chairman of Dubai Cares, in support of the organization’s efforts to empower underprivileged children and youth globally through education.This contribution is part of Lulu Group’s AED 10 million pledge to Dubai Cares, announced in 2017, underscoring the Group’s enduring commitment to social responsibility and its mission to drive meaningful and impactful humanitarian initiatives globally.Speaking on the occasion, Yusuffali M.A. expressed his pride in supporting Dubai Cares, stating: “As a local organization with deep roots in the Emirates, we at Lulu Group have always been committed to being part of the great humanitarian initiatives of the UAE leadership, and Dubai Cares is one such prime example.
