Dubai: The Indian Media Fraternity (IMF), a collective of Indian media professionals in the UAE, organized a grand Eid-Vishu celebration under the leadership of its Welfare Council. The event was held at the North Gate British School in Ajman with the support of the RP Group.The celebration was inaugurated by Ali Abdu, CEO of O Gold. The event was presided over by MCA Nassar. Wishes were extended by Rashid Mattannur, Managing Director of Add & M International, and Dr. Shruthi Muralidharan.A cultural evening was conducted under the guidance of the Sarvakalasala Arts Training Centre, featuring performances by Nandan Kakoor, Manoj Kuruvila, Dr. Veena, Arun Paratt, and Farsana Arun. IMF members also actively participated in various artistic performances. The event was hosted by Thansi Hashir.Key contributors to the event included Jamaluddin, Mintu P. Jacob, Jaleel Pattambi, Anoop Keecheri, Jerin Jacob, and Vanitha Vinod. A lucky draw was held, with the mega prize—a 55-inch TV—won by Ranjith Karoth. Multiple competitions were also held in connection with the celebration, with numerous prizes awarded to participants.IMF coordinators Tanveer Kannur and Shinoj K. Shamsudheen delivered the welcome and vote of thanks, respectively. The celebration was supported by Dr. Puthur Rahman, Chicking, V Perfumes, and AAK Group. The event concluded with Eid-Vishu gift hampers distributed to all IMF members.
