Dubai, 20th February 2025 – Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched the Smart Assessment System for Cycling and E-Scooter Tracks, a groundbreaking initiative that enhances maintenance efficiency using advanced technology.The system, mounted on an electric bicycle, uses cameras and sensors to assess track conditions without disrupting users. It enables predictive maintenance, optimises costs, and improves sustainability.
