Abu Dhabi: The Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) has won first place in the Global Travel Retail Awards for “Best Airport for Retail Environment 2021,” which were held recently in central London.
The much-anticipated awards were unveiled by the corporate sponsors, TRBusiness and m1nd-set, based on comprehensive feedback from a panel of consumer bloggers and vloggers, as well as expert information from thousands of international travelers, all sourced independently from m1nd-unique set’s database.
The consumer-voted Travel Retail Awards, now in their fourth year, continue to provide genuine value for entrants and supporters, establishing a mark of trust and confidence in the products and services supplied to – and voted by – customers.
Francois Bourienne, Abu Dhabi Airports’ Chief Commercial Officer, expressed his delight at being recognized with such a prestigious award. He said that it is just the start as they expand retail offering and continue to make Abu Dhabi Airport a terrific and delightful experience for passengers.
