DUBAI: The Commercial Compliance and Consumer Protection, CCCP, Sector in Dubai Economy field inspectors visited open markets and shopping centres across the emirate as part of the inspections to verify compliance with the COVID-19 precautionary measures. No fines or warnings were issued during the inspections for the third day in a row. 652 commercial establishments have fully complied with the precautionary measures.
The efforts made by the business community to ensure compliance with the precautionary measures were appreciated by the Dubai Economy. Any non-compliance found will face stern actions. Dubai Economy stressed that public health is the major priority.
Dubai Economy also called for cooperation and contribution of everyone to keep the emirate’s economy alive in spite of the pandemic threat. Also, a gradual return to normal and safe economic activities in Dubai, leading to the opening of all sectors and the economic reset.
