RTA Extends Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre Hours to 24/7

Dubai, : Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the extension of operating hours at the Umm Ramool Customer Happiness Centre, which will now operate 24/7, including public holidays.The initiative aims to boost customer satisfaction by offering round-the-clock access to key services such as driver and vehicle licensing, nol card transactions, public transport, and traffic-related services.This move aligns with RTA’s Strategic Plan 2024–2030 and supports Dubai’s Vision 2030 by promoting smart, hybrid service delivery and enhancing digital access to government services.
