Dubai: The GCC Cup 2025 football tournament, organized by Power Group UAE in collaboration with Dubai Sports Council and Dubai Police’s ‘Positive Spirit’ initiative, will kick off on Thursday at the Dubai Police Officers Club Stadium in Al Jaddaf. The matches will be held daily from 8:00 PM to midnight, with free public entry. The grand final is scheduled for April 13.
Top expatriate Indian teams from the UAE, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Malta will compete. The trophy was unveiled by Dubai Police representative Ahmed Sankal and Saif Al Nab Hani from Al Ain Farms Marmum during a press conference at the Dubai Police Club.

• Top Ten – Oman
• Qatar Football Forum – Qatar
• Club De Swat – Malta
• Coastal Trivandrum FC – India
• Dubai Goan Football Club – UAE
• Al Sabah Hustlers FC – Ajman
• Success Point College – UAE
Players from India’s ISL, I-League, and Santosh Trophy are set to feature. Teams are divided into two groups, with each allowed up to three foreign players, while all others must hold Indian passports.
The tournament runs under the slogan “Say No to Drugs, Yes to Game,” supporting Dubai Police’s awareness campaign. Aster DM Healthcare is the official health partner.Next year’s edition will be hosted in Saudi Arabia.
