UAE Launches AED1 Billion Fathers’ Endowment Campaign

Abu Dhabi, UAE, February 22, 2025: As part of the “Year of Community” initiative launched by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, has unveiled the Fathers’ Endowment campaign. This sustainable endowment fund, valued at AED1 billion, aims to provide treatment and healthcare to the poor and needy, honoring fathers in the UAE.The campaign, launched during Ramadan, reflects the UAE’s deep culture of giving and aligns with the vision of a cohesive community. Mohammed Al Gergawi, Secretary-General of the Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Global Initiatives (MBRGI), emphasized the campaign’s role in promoting family bonds and social solidarity.
