The Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has launched a major infrastructure project to enhance road connectivity across 19 residential areas in Dubai. Spanning 11.5 kilometers, the initiative includes upgrades to traffic systems, roadside parking, sidewalks, and street lighting, ensuring safer and smoother mobility for residents.
Improving Access and Reducing Travel Time
This project is designed to improve accessibility, streamline traffic flow, and reduce travel time by up to 40% in affected areas. By paving roads and enhancing vehicle entry and exit points, the initiative ensures residents experience a seamless and safe driving experience, aligning with RTA’s vision of being the Global Leader in Seamless and Sustainable Mobility.
