Dubai : Bhima Jewellers celebrating its 10th year of operations in the UAE announced an exciting finale to its `Go Gold, Drive Bold with Bhima,’ festive campaign with the winner, Dubai resident Rashmi Dejappa, driving home a brand-new Nissan Patrol.
The month-long campaign coinciding with the festive season elicited a huge response complementing the buoyant gold and jewellery retail market growth and created an opportunity for Bhima Jewellers, one of the oldest and family-run jewellers with a legacy of 100 years in its home base in India, enhance its loyal customer base in the UAE, said U. Nagaraja Rau, Executive Director, Bhima Jewellers Middle East.The campaign was held across all Bhima showrooms in the UAE and the winner was selected in a draw held by the Department of Economic Development (DED), Dubai at the Bhima Jewellers premises.

Bhima has always been a trusted jeweler for me and my family, and winning the Nissan Patrol comes as a pleasant and exciting moment for me to cherish,” said a jubilant Rashmi Dejappa.As part of the campaign, Bhima Jewellers also offered exclusive and rewarding offers to its customers including giving away gold coins. The grand prize, Nissan Patrol, was presented to Rashmi Dejappa at a key handing ceremony at the Bhima showroom in Al Nahda, Sharjah, while celebrating the culmination of the festive campaign.
In response to the rising customer base in the UAE, Bhima Jewellers will open 15 stores in the UAE in the next three years and expand its presence to other countries in the GCC, starting with Qatar and Bahrain.Bhima Jewellers was founded in 1925 in Alappuzha, in the south Indian state of Kerala and has a strong presence in India and the UAE. It recently opened its new 6,000 sq. ft head office in Dubai today as part of the expansion plans in the GCC.
