Kasargod: On Sunday, November 28 at the Kasargod Municipal Conference Hall, the Kasargod Chamber of Business and Industries (KCCI) will present the Third Business Awards to distinguished personalities in the field of trade and commerce in the Kasargod region.
The ceremony is held to honor talented businessmen from the Kasargod district. Best Entrepreneur in Kasaragod District, Best Women Entrepreneur, Best Young Entrepreneur, Best Manufacturing Unit in the District, Best Foreign Entrepreneur from the District, Talented Entrepreneurs both from the district and abroad, Best Innovative Technology Entrepreneur in the District, Best Brand in the District, Best Service-Oriented Entrepreneur in the District, Best Waste Management Entrepreneur in the District, best outstanding businessman and the best business excellence awards will be given at the ceremony.
The Kasaragod Chamber of Commerce will honor 13 people from the Kasaragod area who have excelled in various aspects of business with the 2021 Award. Abdurahman T., the owner of Rahmania Bakery, was adjudged the best entrepreneurial unit. The other awards include: Best Foreign Entrepreneur was presented to Dr. MP Shafi Haji, Best Domestic Entrepreneur to NA Sulaiman, Foreign and Domestic Entrepreneur to Kudroli Abdurahman, Best Entrepreneur to Abdurrahman Sadiq BA, Best Female Entrepreneur to Mariam Ibrahim, Best Institution J-One Javed Shafi Service Entrepreneur to KR Manoj, Best Foreign IT Entrepreneur to Basheer Kininger. Also, Kunhabdullah was awarded the Business Excellence Award while Best Waste Entrepreneur was awarded to Unais Navbharata.
The Best Young Entrepreneur award was presented to Shefiq Benzer. At a news conference held at the Kasaragod Press Club, Chamber of Commerce District Secretary Fattah Bangara, Treasurer Tulsidharan Nair, Kanhangad Chamber of Commerce Secretary Raveendran Kannankai, and Manjeswaram Chamber of Commerce President in Charge Dr. Sheikh Bawa Majeed participated.
